We offer handcrafted products of the balsam fir (Abies balsamea), a fragrant evergreen tree native to North America, known for its soft, flat needles and distinctive spicy-sweet aroma. Traditionally, Indigenous peoples used its resin for medicinal purposes, including soothing coughs, treating wounds, and relieving pain.


Today, balsam fir remains valued for its calming scent and its role as a classic Christmas tree. All our balsam fir products come from the hand-harvested tips of our natural plantation in Québec.


As hydrosol, it can be used room spray to brighten your living space. Steeped over hot water, its fragrance is soothing and relaxing. In sachets, it freshens your linens and renews itself with a simple crush of the pillow.

Smells just like Christmas! Steam-distilled hydrosol from balsam fir tips. Hydrosol contains all water-soluble compounds from the plant, as well as a small amount of essential oils. It is extracted in small batches, over several hours, through a propane-fired still. Used as a room spray, it fills your space with the wonderful aroma of natural balsam fir. Offered in a gorgeous, sturdy dark green made from recycled glass. Our reusable bottles are sourced from a Texas-based company and feature a quality sprayer that delivers a fine mist reliably. They can be refilled for your household needs. Comes sealed with the sprayer packaged separately to maintain product integrity, packed in a giftable kraft box. Hydrosol develops a deeper aroma over time and is shelf stable up to 18 months. Ingredients : 100% Balsam fir hydrosol (with a splash of grain alcohol for preservation) 8 fl. oz.
